Prevention of sexist violence and the promotion of sexual and reproductive health from the field of health (2016-2019)

This project is based on solidarity between women in Catalonia and Palestine, promoting strategies to promote the prevention of sexist violence and promote the sexual and reproductive health of women in Palestine, implying and raising awareness of the importance of the entire Palestinian community They have the right to health and the right to lives free of violence.

The project aims to gradually transform the partisan structures that hinder the lives of Palestinian women, involving the same women and the community as a whole to generate a change and demand their right to health and to live lives free of violence.

The project started in 2016 and three editions have been carried out, the latest of which is currently underway:

2016: “Improvement and promotion among women in the West Bank of their access to sexual and reproductive health in Palestine.”

2017: “Involving the entire community in the fight against sexist violence and guaranteeing the sexual and reproductive rights of Palestinian women.”

2018 (in execution): Involve the entire community in the fight against sexist violence and the guarantee of the sexual and reproductive rights of Palestinian women in Hebron, Qalqilia and Tubas (West Bank, Palestine). Subcontracted School of Culture of Peace.
