The objective of this project is to promote the support network for the empowerment of women survivors of sexist violence in order to fully achieve the right of all to live a life free of violence. Strengthening your social network and support is essential in order to recover or strengthen your own abilities and thus enhance self-esteem, security, and ultimately your own empowerment through the emotional resonances that may occur, and Synergies that can be created.

We managed to bring the activities and cultural initiatives of the city of Barcelona closer to groups of women who, for whatever reason, have found themselves isolated. We organize play-therapeutic meetings (go to the theater, concerts, children’s shows with children …) allowing survivors of sexist violence to acquire the social network again to give them strength to recover or build a safe environment , respectful and supportive for his new project of life. These activities focus on repairing damage from a sociocommunity and mutual support, essential for its recovery. This opportunity is possible thanks to the collaboration with Apropacultura, the municipal platform of the Barcelona City Council.

At the same time, we encourage the participation of women in the community fabric through playful spaces in the neighborhood, in order to offer a safe space for the empowerment of women, through the promotion of the autonomy of one’s life self-care and personal well-being. In this way, we propose the involvement of the neighbors in the project to recover the social network of women in processes of violence. We organize workshops that bring together neighborhood and district residents and surviving women, fostering a shared space of cohesion, solidarity and strength:
