We understand that to provide a comprehensive response to women in situations of sexist violence, it is necessary to provide information, attention and specialised legal defence in all legal proceedings related to and/or stemming from sexist violence against women.

It is essential for women to have qualified and trusted legal assistance throughout the process, to defend their interests from a gender perspective in a global and coordinated manner. Free justice cannot always cover women’s needs from the point of view of coordination, integrity and specialty.

We carry out “És de Justícia” (“It’s Justice”) to cover the need for specialised legal support, whether through criminal, civil or family counselling, such as coverage of legal representation in cases of high risk, social vulnerability and complexity.
